Discovery & Requirement Gathering

Initial discussion with the client to understand business goals, target users, required features, and constraints (budget, timeline, platform). Output: a concise, mutually agreed-upon requirements document.

Planning & Proposal

Drafting the technical plan: system architecture, tech stack, estimated development time, and milestones. The client gains a clear understanding of the work to be done and the completion timeline before development begins.

Design (UI/UX & Wireframe)

Create wireframes or interface mockups (using a tool like Figma) for web, mobile, or desktop applications so the client can provide feedback before coding begins thereby avoiding major revisions later on.

Development

The coding process is carried out in stages, with regular progress updates provided to the client. For full-stack development, the backend, API, and frontend are built in parallel. For applications, the focus is on native functionality and performance on target devices.

Testing & QA

Testing of functionality, performance, and compatibility (cross-browser for web; various devices/OS versions for Android/desktop) before being deemed ready for deployment.

Deployment & Handover

Deploy to a server or hosting service (for web) or publish to the Play Store/distribute an installer (for apps), accompanied by brief documentation on usage and maintenance.

Support & Maintenance

Providing a post-launch support period (e.g., 2–4 weeks) for bug fixes or minor adjustments, plus an option for ongoing maintenance if the client requires it.
